We will ship the sensor(s) and assist you in the installation and operation of the sensor(s).

If you choose to return the DUO sensor(s) for a refund within 14 days, please repackage the DUO sensor(s) and all accessories into the same packaging it arrived in, request a return shipping label, and return the sensor. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned sensor(s), you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be applied to the card on file, less a 5% processing fee (This fee will not be charged if DUO is unable to function with your imaging software).
